Hennessy Wood Floors, located in Anaheim, California, specializes in importation and exportation of timber, while distributing engineered flooring.

Our factory has developed to a large manufacturing base of plywood and engineered flooring, covering an area of 1,000,000 square feet, with 2000 employees, among which 360 are senior technical or managerial specialists. With the most advanced equipment from Italy, Germany and Japan. The monthly-output engineered flooring has reached 600,000 square feet respectively.

Our product is a premium quality floor made from 100% well-managed forests, produced to exceed the strictest official quality standards. We apply our many years of experience to assure a superior construction and finish while maintaining great care of our environment.

Our factory had passed the ISO 9001:2000, GB/T19001-2000 Quality System Certification in 2003, and the Environmental Symbol Production Certification in 2004, FSC/COC Forest Chain of Custody Certification, CARB Compliant, and Lacey Act Compliant.

To guarantee the quality of every element, Hennessy engineered flooring is produced with the most advanced production techniques and tested by the most exquisite equipment. Before any raw material comes to the plant, it will be strictly checked to make sure the quality is well guaranteed. Afterwards, the raw material and finished product samples will be sent to the laboratory for the physical and chemical character testing. Finally, an inspection of randomly-chosen samples is carried out before the delivery of the goods.

In 2007, our factory invested tens of millions of dollars for plant expansion and equipment upgrade in order to enlarge the output and quality of flooring. To guarantee production quality, the Japanese high-tech circumrotated-cutter and the advanced German dryer machine have been introduced into the production line. The manufacturer now has 16 advanced core jointer equipments which use exotic industrial glue to ensure the stability of the product. Our factory is capable to serve the clients individually according to each client’s requirement. All the finished products will be strictly tested in its own laboratory and then its samples will be sent to the National Department of quality and technology supervision in order to verify the interior testing results.
